Returns Policy
Baba Beag website makes every effort to describe and display goods and products in the greatest possible detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Once the procedure laid out below is adhered to we will reimburse you the full cost or replace the product. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of delivery. Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product to Baba Beag. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Damaged Goods
If for any reason goods you receive are not those ordered or are faulty or damaged in some way, please e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, and return them unused and in their original packing within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
